How to order
To purchase an item simply click on the 'Add to Basket' button adjacent to the product description. You will be taken to the checkout page where you can review, change or confirm your selection/s. On confirmation you will be forwarded to the secure payments section, where your personal information and credit/debit card details will be taken. You may review your order or proceed to the checkout by clicking any 'Review Basket' buttons.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit/debit cards with the exception of American Express and Electron. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or other method, please use our Telephone Order Line 01308 424342.
Availability
In the unlikely event that we don't have your selected product, we will telephone you to advise of delayed delivery time.
Shipping
All prices shown are exclusive of delivery charge. We can deliver to all parts of the UK mainland and islands. Overseas orders can be taken by our Telephone Order Line 01308 424342, where you will be advised of delivery charges and schedules.
Shipping Rates
We make fixed regional delivery charges on your orders, regardless of the contents or value of your basket. For example, we charge the same for one roll of tape as for three polytunnels.
UK Mainland = £6
Highlands and Northern Ireland = £20
Isle of Wight = £15
Other Islands = £50
You should select your delivery region at the checkout.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it (unused) to us for a refund of the purchase price less 30% for restocking. |
