At Knowle Nets, we want to offer our customers the best service possible, which is why we offer an on-site installation service - particularly useful for larger cages.
Simply call us with your postcode and the product you require installing we will give you an installation quotation and a date. Our experienced team will arrive with all the kit and set up your frame in your garden!

All standard orders on netting and components are despatched within 2 - 3 working days providing the product is in stock. For our cages the lead times take 7 – 10 working days, and the polytunnels have a 5 – 6 weeks lead time.
We will email you confirm all delivery dates with you post ordering.
Knowle Nets products can be delivered worldwide - if you are outside of the UK please contact our Customer Service team on 01308 424342 or at email@example.com for
an international delivery quote.
Please note, a signature will be required upon delivery unless we have authorisation from you that the goods can be left without signature in a secure location.
Once you have placed an order on our website you will receive an email confirmation and we will then e-mail you again when your order is sent along with information on how to track your order with the courier and manage your delivery directly with them.
If you have any questions regarding your order – whether it’s to check your order status, track a shipment, edit the delivery address or the delivery date, or request for the delivery to be handed to a neighbour in case you are away – please call our friendly customer service at 01308 424342. They can liaise with our warehouse, check your order status, and give you a full update or change your order details.
If you wish to cancel your order, then you can provided you inform us of this prior to the dispatch of your order. Once the order has been dispatched, please call us

You can return any unused item within 21 days. Please let us know what was wrong and whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
Our Customer Services team will advise you whether we need to arrange for the item to be collected from you by courier or whether you need to return the item back to us via the Post Office - this will depend on the size and weight of the item. If you have received a damaged item, please call our friendly Customer Services on 01308 424342. They will require the damaged goods to be returned in order to inspect the item. Depending on how the damage was caused, a replacement item, will then be processed.
Most of our products are returnable for valid reasons. However, our cut to size netting range, and bespoke fruit cages are not returnable as they are made to measure services which cannot be entered back into our stock.
If you have recently bought a fruit or vegetable cages and are unsure as to how you should assemble any parts, please refer to the instructions which are included in the packaging. If they are missing or you find it difficult to understand, call us on 01308 424342 and we will do our best to guide you.
We have a wide range of wire, fixings and ties to help you attach any netting sold individually. Please note that our fruit and vegetable cages all come fully package with the necessary fixings and components.
However, if you buy a stand-alone netting, we recommend you also buy ground pegs to hold the net down and stop small mammals from invading. You might also need resealable ties or arrow ties to secure your net to any rod or support.

Paying For Your Order
When you are at check out, you can choose to pay your order using any of the payment methods via credit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners club, Maestro. We also accept payments with Express Checkout including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Google Pay.
At Knowle Nets we are certified according to the top level 1 PCI DSS standard via Shopify making payments highly secured.
If you see an error message on screen after a short wait, try and enter your card details again, making sure you check everything correctly – an easy typing mistake can happen when entering your CV2/security code or expiry date.
