Refund policy

All our products are designed to be functional and robust, and to give real value to our customers. In the unlikely, and most unusual event that you receive a product that is defective or unsatisfactory, we ask please that you return it to us unused within 21 days. This commitment in no way impacts on your statutory rights. 

Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order then we can do that for you, as long as you let us know before your order is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched please refer to the delivery & returns policy.

Please note that Fruit Cages and Cut to Size Netting are Bespoke/Made to order items, and are non-returnable items and exempt from cancellation.

Product Availability Information

Most of our fruit cages and netting are hand-made and cut to size in the UK, in our Bristol workshops. We try very hard to match stock levels to demand, but if your order is likely to be delayed pending stock availability, we will let you know as soon as possible.
