At Knowle Nets, we take pride in the quality of our fruit cage structures and are confident you will be delighted with your purchase and that it will provide many years of service.

In the unlikely event that this does not occur, our fruit cage structures are guaranteed for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions set out below.

If there is anything about your delivery that you are not happy with, please contact us (by email or telephone) and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

Of course, if we have made a mistake with your order, we will be happy to replace any affected items under our "No Quibbles" Guarantee.

We are extremely proud of our products and make every effort to ensure that each structure leaves our workshops in excellent condition.

We guarantee our fruit cage structures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the date of purchase. If during this time you discover a defect, we will, at our discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

• A repair of the product at our own cost; or
  
• Direct or like-for-like replacement of the product; or
  
• Provision of replacement parts or materials at our own cost; or
  
• A full or partial refund or discount towards a future purchase.

Conditions of Guarantee

This guarantee applies only where:

• The product has been correctly assembled and used for its intended purpose.
  
• The structure has been maintained in accordance with our recommendations.
  
• Roof netting has been removed during periods of snow to prevent damage caused by snow loading.
  
• The product has not been accidentally or deliberately damaged after delivery.
  
• The damage does not result from excessive wear and tear, extreme weather, corrosive substances, or misuse.

Claims under this guarantee must be made in writing to Knowle Nets and accompanied by proof of purchase and sufficient detail of the issue to allow us to investigate.

This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from Knowle Nets, delivered to, and used within the United Kingdom.

We will not consider claims for consequential or indirect financial loss, or for damage arising from commercial or professional use.

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
